Australian purchases:
Up to 80% of the valuation in Australian Dollars. Maximum term of 30
years up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 50,000; no maximum. Variable rates
only.
Canadian purchases:
Up to 75% of the valuation in Canadian Dollars. Maximum term of 25
years up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 25,000; no maximum. Variable &
Fixed Rate rates available.
Carribean purchases:
Up to 70% of the valuation in US Dollars. Maximum term of 15 years
up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 50,000; no maximum. Variable rates only.
Cypriot purchases:
Up to 75% of the valuation in Sterling. Maximum term of 15/20 years up
to age 70. Minimum loan £ 30,000; no maximum. Variable rates only.
French purchases:
Up to 85% of the valuation in Euris or other major Currencies. Maximum term of 20 years up to age 75.
Minimum loan £ 20,000; no maximum. Both Fixed and Variable rates available.
Greek purchases:
Up to 65% of the valuation. Loans available in Euros only.
Maximum term of 20 years up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 30,000; no
maximum.
Irish purchases:
Up to 75% of the valuation in Euros. Maximum term of
25 years up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 20,000; no maximum. Both Fixed
and Variable rates available.
Italian purchases:
Up to 75% of the valuation in Euros. Maximum term of 20 years
up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 25,000; no maximum. Both Fixed and Variable
rates available.
Maltese purchases:
Up to 90% of the valuation in Maltese Lira or 80% in all other major Currencies. Maximum term of 20 years
up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 40,000; no maximum. Variable rates only.
New Zealand purchases:
Up to 80% of the valuation in New Zealand Dollars. Maximum term of
25 years up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 40,000; no maximum. Variable
rates only.
Portuguese purchases:
Up to 80% of the valuation in all Major Currencies. Maximum term of 20
years up to age 70. Minimum loan £ 15,000; no maximum. Variable rates
only.
South African purchases:
Up to 80% of the valuation in Rand only. Maximum term of 20 years. Minimum loan £
30,000; no maximum. Variable rates only.
Spanish purchases:
Up to 80% of the valuation in Euros and other Major Currencies; Maximum term of 25 years up to age 70.
Minimum loan £15,000; no maximum. Variable rates and Fixed Rates in Sterling only.
UK purchases:
Up to 85% of valuation for UK ex-Patriates and non-UK Nationals. Maximum term of 25 years up to
age 80. Minimum loan £10,000; no maximum. Fixed, Discounted, Capped and Variable rates are available.
USA purchases:
Up to 80 % of the valuation in US dollars (Sterling loans are also available in Florida only). Maximum term of
30 years up to age 80. Minimum loan £ 35,000; no maximum. Fixed and Variable rates are available.
Loans are also available for Home Improvements in most countries, but
other capital raising loans are restricted or subject to special lending
in some areas.

Statutory Notices
